Many doctoral students are told to focus only on research; yet questions about career direction, confidence, and life beyond academia begin far earlier. SheThrivesPhD has evolved into a focused mentorship experience designed to help women move through their PhD with clarity, strategy, and awareness of the opportunities their training can open.
This is not coaching. It is guided reflection, perspective, and intentional planning from someone who has walked the path.
