Returns & Refunds:

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only. Please send a photo and brief description to shethrivesphd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

• Sale items and digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.
